What We've Achieved

Our club practices “Service Above Self” by performing local community services and international projects.  Here’s just some of what we have done:

local projects

  • Thanksgiving basket drive and donations of turkeys to help families during the holidays.

  • Monthly Pack & Deliver of food with The Charity Guild.

  • Monthly Lunch bag program with Father Bill’s.

  • Lock Box Program with Council on Aging and Police & Fire Departments.

  • Maintain our Little Library & Park clean ups.

  • Collection drives to help various programs in the city including school supplies, food, winter weather gear and much more.

Annual Events

  • Our Scholarship Program has contributed over a quarter of a million dollars to Brockton students over the past 30 years.

  • Our club founded the first Christmas Parade in the City of Brockton, to this day the club is a huge supporter of this annual event.

  • We sponsor the Service Above Self Awards to recognize outstanding achievement and/or commitment from individuals from local Police and Fire Departments, City Hall, the School Department, Massasoit Community College and local volunteer efforts.

International Projects

  • Empowering young girls with Friends of Thai Daughters.

  • Eye screening programs in Nicaragua.

  • Haiti Earthquake relief.

  • Liberia initiative to provide education and health care.
